To access:
From the Toolbox on the navigation panel, click Recover and then click System Troubleshooter.
What it does:
System Troubleshooter allows you quick access to the Troubleshooting section of the Windows Control Panel, where based on the symptoms your PC is experiencing, you can click on a task to diagnose and repair common computer problems.
Why use it:
If your PC has become unstable or unusable, it can be hard to know where to start with troubleshooting and repairs. System Troubleshooter makes it easy to directly navigate to Microsoft’s full arsenal of troubleshooting tools.
